Vital Virtuals Global HR is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Medical VA to join our growing healthcare team!

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and assist patients professionally

Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information

Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records

Explain insurance benefits to patients

Coordinate with providers and clinical staff

Handle billing-related and administrative tasks

Perform accurate data entry and documentation

Maintain strict HIPAA compliance

Compensation

$5/hour – First 90 Days

$6/hour – After 90 Days

Biweekly Pay via Wise

Requirements

Fluent in English

Medical Billing, Medical Receptionist, Or Healthcare VA Experience Preferred

Experience with insurance verification and claims is a plus

Excellent communication and phone etiquette

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

EHR/EMR experience is a plus

Reliable computer and internet connection

Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
