What Batch 37 built over the last four weeks

Every SOVA AI-Powered VA Bootcamp runs on the same four-module curriculum — the one specifically designed to move complete beginners into confident, AI-fluent working VAs. Batch 37 went through:

Module 1 — Foundations of Virtual Assistance + AI Awareness
Where the VA industry is going, what clients actually pay for, and how AI is changing (and not changing) the role.

Module 2 — Tools, Systems, and AI-Powered Productivity
The actual stack: ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, Loom, plus the AI-powered workflows that compress hours into minutes.

Module 3 — High-Income VA Skills + AI Application
The skills that move a VA from ₱20K to ₱60K+ per month — email management, content creation, research, lead generation, light project management — all rebuilt around AI.

Module 4 — Client Acquisition, Branding & Career Roadmap
The part most courses skip: how to actually land clients. Personal branding, profile building, proposals, pricing, and the “Dream Client Blueprint” bonus session.

By the end, every graduate walks out with a complete VA portfolio, a personal brand kit, a pricing structure, and the confidence to send their first pitch on Monday morning.

Meet the coach

Batch 37 was led by Coach Katherine “Kathy” Padilla — SOVA Co-Founder, owner of Pipie.co, and a working VA practitioner with more than 10 years in the industry.

What makes Kathy’s classroom different isn’t the curriculum. It’s that every story she tells in the training room comes from a live client engagement, not a slide deck written years ago. She teaches in Bisaya, Tagalog, and English — whichever language a student actually needs to absorb the material.

She’s also the trainer that just delivered corporate AEP training for Malaysian and Chinese professionals — so when Batch 37 asked “how do I actually work with international clients,” Kathy had answers from that morning’s session, not from a textbook.

Why we’re proud of this batch

Every batch that finishes SOVA joins something bigger than a training class. They join a community — the batch group chat that keeps sharing leads long after graduation day, the coach network that keeps answering questions in real time, and the SOVATalents.com hiring directory where international clients come looking for exactly this kind of talent.

The bootcamp is over. The career is just beginning.

What happens next for Batch 37

Every SOVA graduate gets access to these three things starting the day they finish:

  1. Job board access — first look at every new VA role our partners post through SOVATalents.com, our hiring directory where international clients (US, AU, UK) search for vetted Filipino VAs.
  2. SOVATalents.com profile eligibility — a professional listing on our directory so hiring companies can find you directly.
  3. Lifetime community access for peer support, leads, coaching, and continued learning.

And for a select few — the top performers of each batch — there’s a fourth opportunity:

🏆 An invite-only MalachiSoft internship. Each batch, our team hand-picks the standout graduates for a paid internship with our partner outsourcing agency, MalachiSoft. This isn’t automatic — it’s earned. Attitude, output quality, communication, and effort during the bootcamp are what get you noticed. If Coach Kathy taps you on the shoulder after graduation, you’ll know why.

To Batch 37 — Kyn Rynze, Stephanie N., Gretel, Cricel Joy, Eloisa Marie, Marycor, Stephanie C., and the rest of the crew — congratulations. You showed up, you finished the work, you earned the certificate. Now go land your first client. We can’t wait to see your name pop up in the SOVA community with your “I got hired!” post.

“You don’t graduate into a hope. You graduate into a job. Let’s go.”
— Coach Leandro, SOVA Founder

Interested in joining the next batch?

Batch 37 is done. Batch 38 is opening soon — and based on how fast Batch 34, 36, and 37 sold out, seats won’t last.
