Finance and Administration Assistant

A Perth-based industrial packaging supplier with over 30 years’ experience serving WA businesses is looking for a detail-driven and dependable 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to help keep the books, payments, and admin running accurately and on time.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: 𝟴 𝗔𝗠 – 𝟭𝟮 𝗣𝗠, 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗵 (𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮) 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: 𝟮𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀/𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆

𝗣𝗮𝘆: $𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗨𝗗 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲:

• Weekly bank reconciliations

• Monthly invoicing, creditor & supplier payments

• Payroll (local and international)

• Monthly IAS & quarterly BAS support

• General admin support as needed

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

Relevant experience is a MUST – minimum 3 years in admin or bookkeeping

Hands-on experience with MYOB is required (Xero is a plus)

Sharp attention to detail – you catch what others miss

Organised, reliable, and comfortable following clear processes
