Care VMA Health is looking for an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant specializing in IVF and Gynecology to support a healthcare practice. This opportunity is open to candidates based in the Philippines with a clinical or healthcare background in gynecology or reproductive health.
Position Details
Role: Virtual Medical Assistant – IVF/Gynecology
Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM London Time
Specialty: IVF / Reproductive Health / Gynecology
Key Requirements
– Previous experience in gynecology as a nurse, healthcare assistant, or in an equivalent healthcare role.
– Experience in IVF, fertility care, or reproductive health.
– Strong English communication skills; a neutral accent is preferred.
– Experience handling patient calls, appointment scheduling, and patient coordination.
Key Responsibilities
– Schedule initial consultations, new-patient appointments, and advisory calls.
– Handle incoming calls and follow up on missed calls.
– Complete patient intake and document call summaries in patient records.
– Transfer patients to the appropriate departments.
– Notify nurses and doctors via Slack when patients are running late.
– Reschedule appointments when required.
– Guide patients through the next steps after booking their initial consultation.
