𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻/𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

– Create and schedule engaging social media content, including graphics and short-form videos, across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

– Develop social media content calendars and assist with email newsletter creation using Constant Contact.

– Support marketing operations by managing content and contacts in HubSpot, GoTo Webinar, and other business platforms.

– Perform administrative tasks, basic file management, and other marketing support duties as needed.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

– Experience with social media marketing, graphic design, and content creation, with proficiency in HubSpot, Constant Contact, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace; experience with GoTo Webinar and Ninety.io is a plus.

𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

– Applicants must have their own computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor, 8GB RAM (16GB Recommended) and 500GB HDD Storage (SSD strongly preferred).

– Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply.
