GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-confident General Virtual Assistant who can start with core VA tasks and gradually take on more responsibilities as the team grows.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their skills, gain experience in different areas of business operations, and grow with a company long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative and virtual tasks

Support internal workflows and team operations

Manage assigned tasks and follow established processes

Assist with research, data organization, and other administrative needs

Communicate and collaborate with team members

Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy and able to navigate tools independently

Organized, proactive, and a fast learner

Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines

Can handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Experience in administration, HR, operations, management, or team leadership is a plus

No previous VA experience required — skills, attitude, and willingness to learn matter more!
