Key Responsibilities
* Manage emails, calenders & schedules
* Prepare documents (contract, invoices, permits)
* Data entry and database/CRM management
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Basic bookkeeping (invoicing, expense tracking)
* Appointment setting and clien communication

Requirements
* Admin/VA experience
* Strong English communication
* Organized & detail oriented
* Familiar with CRM & Google Workspace
