Position: 01 Weekend Appointment Setter

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales.

• Excellent English communication skills with clear, neutral pronunciation and strong active listening abilities.

• High tolerance for rejection, a thick skin, and an energetic, self-motivated approach to hitting daily dial and conversion targets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel) and comfortable navigating dialers and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

• Ability to think on your feet, address customer hesitations, and steer conversations toward booking a qualified meeting.
