📍 Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office

What We’re Looking For:
·  Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
·  Assist with underwriting tasks by reviewing applications, verifying information and documents, and ensuring requirements are complete and accurate.
·  Prioritize and route customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
·  Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly update customer profiles and track interactions.
·  Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality and attention to detail.
·  Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer information across various systems, including CRM and other internal databases.
·  Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.
