We are hiring VAs to support our clients recruiting teams. We prioritize hiring VAs who have experience with sourcing talent for recruiting firms previously. Core responsibilities:
- You will reach out to 200+ candidates per week via LinkedIn with pre-scripted templates provided to you. You will utilize your own LinkedIn profile.
- These candidates must meet the qualifications for the job description provided to you.
- You will submit interested, qualified candidates to our system for review (training provided)
- You will start part-time (expected 20hrs/week) and with proven performance will quickly have the opportunity to move to full time.
