Pricing — finally fair to both sides

Here’s what’s important — and unusual:

Browsing and contacting talent is completely free.
Talent rates start from as low as $10/hour, depending on skill, experience, and scope.
We charge a one-time placement fee (a flat fee starting around $150) only when you decide to hire a graduate we introduced.
After the placement, your working relationship and all payments are entirely between you and the talent. We never take a cut of their ongoing pay.

That last line matters to us a lot. We’re not a platform that taxes our own graduates forever. We make our intro, we take a flat fee once, and then the talent gets to keep 100% of what they earn from that client.
