WE’RE HIRING: FULL-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to support our daily operations. You should be confident communicating with clients, managing leads, and keeping schedules, records, and follow-ups organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain our calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate site visits.

Record incoming leads, update client information, and track follow-ups in our CRM.

Support project coordination and keep tasks and deadlines on track.

Track monthly expenses and maintain accurate, organized records.

Handle client correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of Virtual Assistant experience, preferably supporting a landscaping company.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Proficiency in CRM systems—GoHighLevel experience is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and project coordination.

Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the ability to work independently.

A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Full-time: 40 hours per week.

Required availability: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time—currently 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time.

Starting pay: $6 per hour.

Two-month probationary period, followed by a compensation review based on performance and accomplishments.

Required start date: Monday, September 28, 2026.
