Virtual Assistant

Rose HR is seeking an experienced, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based business owner.

Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with the possibility of increasing as business needs grow

Rate: $5 USD per hour

Location: Remote

Schedule: Must be available during agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time hours

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage merchant services, invoicing, and QuickBooks

Support new-client onboarding and related administrative processes

Coordinate events, vendors, schedules, and other event details

Manage tasks within Google Workspace, Outlook, and Zoom

Edit 9–12-minute educational videos

Create reels and other short-form content using OpusClip or similar tools

Schedule and manage social-media content through Hootsuite

Create and edit branded content in Canva

Collaborate with the client’s existing AI support resources

Provide dependable administrative and operational support

The ideal candidate has:

Hands-on QuickBooks and invoicing experience

Experience independently onboarding clients

Event-coordination experience

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Video-editing and content-repurposing experience

Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Zoom

Comfort working with AI tools and learning new technology

Excellent written English, communication, and follow-through

The ability to manage confidential business information professionally
