Full-Time | RemoteWe are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support VA to support agent onboarding, system setup, and day-to-day technical operations. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage agent accounts across company platforms Troubleshoot technical and system access issues Provide onboarding support and assist agents with system setup Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Track tasks and updates using Asana, Airtable, and other tools Coordinate with the Expansion Team and provide progress updates Document processes and suggest workflow improvementsQualifications:
Experience as a Technical Support VA, Admin VA, or Operations VA Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently Experience with CRM, Asana, Airtable, or similar tools.Tools:
Lofty, Asana, Slack, Airtable, AirDNA, Rabbu, Dotloop, Calendly, Email, WiseStamp, Skool, and other internal systems.
