Scheduling VA

Stellar Staff is looking for a confident, customer-focused VA to support a busy home services company in Virginia.

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Schedule appointments

• Respond to customer texts and emails

• Follow up with leads through ServiceTitan

• Respond quickly to Neighborly leads

• Make post-service “happy calls” to customers

• Leave voicemails and follow up when needed

• Speaks clear, natural English

• Is confident handling a high volume of calls

• Provides warm, genuine customer service

• Doesn’t sound like they’re simply reading a script

• Can stay calm and organized during busy periods

• Has ServiceTitan experience

• Understands basic home-service/construction terms

Experience in handyman, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or other home services is a strong plus!
