Title: Data Research Associate

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in the Philippines

Work hours: Local office hours but must have ability to work U.S. hours (CST) during last month of each quarter,

Compensation: $1,000 – $1,300 per month, paid as an independent contractor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Research Associate to support our real estate market research and data collection efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and compiling data on apartment rental rates, availability, and other key market metrics across our target markets. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the real estate industry while working with a growing market research firm.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online research to collect data on apartment rental rates, unit availability, amenities, and other relevant market information
Input data into our proprietary database in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate with apartment community managers and other real estate professionals to obtain additional data as needed
Assist with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required
Maintain organized records and files to support our research efforts

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in data entry, research, or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data
Proficient in using the internet to research and gather information
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with the real estate industry or rental housing market is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with software applications like Microsoft Office
