Virtual Office Staff (VOS) is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join and support one of our amazing clients! We are seeking a proactive leader who can manage marketing execution, operations, systems, and team management while working closely with a hands-on business owner.

Role Responsibilities* Manage marketing execution and operations
* Update and publish website content (WordPress)
* Handle Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO
* Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies proactively
* Schedule and manage social media content
* Create Canva graphics and upload blog content
* Track rankings, analytics, traffic, and marketing performance
* Maintain content calendars and quality control standards
* Build SOPs, workflows, and improve operational systems
* Run weekly Zoom meetings and provide updates to leadership
* Manage Asana/ClickUp boards and project deliverables
* Recruit, onboard, train, and manage VAs
* Conduct interviews and skills assessments
* Ensure brand voice consistency and high editorial standards
Requirements* 3+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Account Management
* Strong English communication skills
* Experience with WordPress and SEO fundamentals
* Experience managing remote teams or freelancers
* Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to provide feedback confidently and professionally
* Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
Compensation & Benefits* Full-Time Position
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
* $340 per week / USD Payout
* Approx. $1,400 – $1,700 per month
* Work From Home Setup
* HMO Coverage after 6 months (Convertible to Cash)
