Are you an experienced Recruitment Virtual Assistant looking for a flexible remote opportunity?

AYESHNIKA GoVA Team is looking for 1 Part-Time Recruitment Specialist VA to support a Premier Nanny Agency serving Houston, The Woodlands, and families nationwide.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Thursday

10:00 AM–2:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)

We’re looking for someone with:

Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing experience

Candidate sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook & referrals)

Experience conducting phone screenings and interviews

ATS knowledge and recruitment pipeline management

Excellent English communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and screen qualified candidates

• Conduct initial interviews

• Verify references and coordinate background checks

• Manage candidate records and ATS

• Publish job postings

• Support the Placement Director throughout the hiring process

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
