Position: Real Estate Virtual Assistant Employment: Full-Time | Remote Rate: $4 USD/hour Slots Available: 1
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reply to emails regarding property listings and client inquiries Manage and update customer databases Perform CRM data entry and maintain accurate records Create and publish social media posts Create engaging Reels and short-form content based on current trends Provide real estate market updates and trend insights Assist the marketing team with research and weekly reports Communicate professionally with clients and respond promptly to inquiries Read, understand, organize, and process submitted client documents Use AI tools to assist with leases, forms, summaries, and document processing
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English, communication, and writing skills Strong understanding of real estate, including investments, sales, and rentals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work closely with a marketing team Excellent client communication and email management skills Ability to understand and process real estate-related documents Familiarity with AI tools used in real estate operations and documentation Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with U.S. real estate firms Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS platforms, or transaction coordination Background in marketing support, social media management, or market research Experience creating Reels or short-form social media content Knowledge of current real estate and social media trends
