Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with real estate CRM platforms and can confidently manage leads, client communications, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and organize leads using Follow Up Boss (FUB), BoldTrail, and other CRM systems

-Update client information, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM

-Respond to emails, text messages, and client inquiries in a timely manner

-Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send reminders

-Assist with listing management, property updates, and MLS-related tasks

-Perform property searches and market research using CRMLS and Zillow

-Follow up with buyers, sellers, and leads to maintain engagement

-Prepare reports, maintain organized records, and support daily administrative tasks

-Coordinate with agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other parties as needed

-Perform other virtual assistant and administrative duties assigned by the team

-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞-𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬.

Requirements

-At least 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant

-Required experience with the following CRM and real estate platforms:

-Strong understanding of real estate transactions, lead management, and client follow-up

-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

-Highly organized with strong attention to detail

-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

-Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection

-Available to work PST hours
