HIRING: Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Property Management Experience
Remote | Part-Time (20 Hours/Week)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Real Estate and Property Management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes initiative, and can confidently manage administrative tasks, client communications, and property management support.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to emails, tenant inquiries, and property-related notices in a timely and professional manner
-Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for real estate and property management operations
-Organize and maintain files using Dropbox and Google Sheets
-Prepare, send, and track documents using DocuSign
-Update and manage information within the property management portal (Sync One or similar platforms)
-Coordinate and communicate with HOAs (Homeowners Associations) when needed
-Maintain accurate records, documents, and property-related information
-Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and other administrative support tasks
-Take initiative in identifying and resolving administrative issues while keeping the team informed
Requirements
-At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant in Real Estate or Property Management
-Experience handling emails, notices, and client communications
-Proficient in Dropbox, Google Sheets, and DocuSign
-Experience using Sync One or similar property management software is highly preferred
-Familiarity with HOA processes and communications is a plus
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
-Reliable computer and stable internet connection
