WE’RE HIRING: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Property Management Virtual Assistant to support a property management business with its daily operations and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
➜ Respond to property owner and tenant inquiries professionally
➜ Assist with tenant communication and follow-ups
➜ Track rent payments and assist with payment reminders
➜ Coordinate maintenance requests with service providers
➜ Schedule and monitor property inspections
➜ Assist with property management reports and documentation
➜ Support new property onboarding and client inquiries
➜ Maintain organized property records and administrative processes
Qualifications
➜ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
➜ Strong organizational and time management skills
➜ Experience in property management, real estate, or virtual assistance
➜ Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools
➜ Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently
➜ Professional when communicating with tenants, property owners, and service providers
Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
