Role: Part-Time, Medical Front Desk & Insurance Authorization VA (30 hrs/week)
Rate: $900/month
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA to support a U.S.-based outpatient healthcare practice as its remote front desk. This role covers answering patient calls, scheduling appointments in Tebra, sending appointment reminders, and handling insurance eligibility verification and prior authorizations, with room to grow into claims follow-up over time. If you have U.S. healthcare front desk experience, know your way around payer portals, and stay calm and friendly on the phone, this one’s for you.
