Position: Healthcare Operations Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote

You’ll Support:
– Home Care Agencies
– Home Health Agencies
– Hospice Providers
– Adult Family Homes (AFH)
– Assisted Living Facilities (ALF)
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate schedules and manage care appointments
– Assist with patient intake and admissions
– Review and maintain documentation and records
– Track staff credentials and regulatory compliance
– Provide professional customer service and client support
– Perform administrative and operational tasks
– Provide after-hours support when assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
BS Nursing or Allied Health Graduates (PT, OT, or similar)
Experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant or a similar healthcare support role
Knowledge of CMS regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with EMR/EHR systems is an advantage
Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a dedicated home workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills
