    • Inbox, calendar, and document management

    • Data entry, file organization, and general admin

    • Invoicing, bills, and expense entry

    • Bank reconciliations and AP / AR tracking

    • Bookkeeping in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

  • You’ll Bring:

    • VA / admin experience with a bookkeeping background

    • Working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

    • Excellent written and spoken English

    • Strong attention to detail and discretion

    • A reliable home-office setup and stable internet
