The Role:

Inbox, calendar, and document management

Data entry, file organization, and general admin

Invoicing, bills, and expense entry

Bank reconciliations and AP / AR tracking

Bookkeeping in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

You’ll Bring:

VA / admin experience with a bookkeeping background

Working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and discretion
