To all job seekers, The VA Ladder is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Virtual Assistant who are willing to start ASAP for one of our clients.
• Must be committed, reliable, and consistent with attendance
• Must have fast and stable internet
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Previous scheduler or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus (but not required)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work night shift (PST time)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Handle email and inbox management
• Perform data entry and maintain records
• Conduct research and compile reports
• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to schedule appointments
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Maintain accurate and updated call and lead records
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service details
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate updates and progress to the team
• Other tasks may be assigned based on your skills and our needs (to be discussed during the interview)
