✅ Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Must be committed, reliable, and consistent with attendance
•⁠ ⁠Must have fast and stable internet
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
•⁠ ⁠Previous scheduler or customer service experience is a plus
•⁠ ⁠Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus (but not required)
•⁠ ⁠Strong customer service mindset
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work night shift (PST time)
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
📌 Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Manage calendars and schedule appointments
•⁠ ⁠Handle email and inbox management
•⁠ ⁠Perform data entry and maintain records
•⁠ ⁠Conduct research and compile reports
•⁠ ⁠Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone
•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to schedule appointments
•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound inquiries professionally
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and customers
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and updated call and lead records
•⁠ ⁠Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service details
•⁠ ⁠Assist with administrative tasks as needed
•⁠ ⁠Communicate updates and progress to the team
•⁠ ⁠Other tasks may be assigned based on your skills and our needs (to be discussed during the interview)
💼 What We Offer:
🔥 Full-time position (8 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
🔥 Total of 40 hours per week
🔥 Php 40,000/month
🔥 Permanent remote / Work from home
