Salary: $5-$10 per hour

I run a global volleyball training business based in Portland, Oregon, USA. Our company is growing so I need a trustworthy Virtual Assistant (VA) or Executive Assistant (EA) to work with us.

I am looking for someone who can work at least 20-40 hours per week between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – US, Pacific Standard Time Zone (GMT-8), Monday through Friday.

I’m not big on stress, so while I expect you to work efficiently and get things done, I focus on open communication and getting things done right the first time. I’m a straight shooter and am very transparent.

The work is dynamic and ever-changing, and you will work directly with me, the owner and our team.

I enjoy helping people. We’re in the business of helping coaches learn how to teach volleyball and kids wanting to learn the sport. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people. You need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good.

You need to nail down the details. You don’t need to race through work and get things done halfway. I need you to slow things down and get them done right. We’re all about quality here.

I’m looking for an intelligent hire with plenty of energy and a get-it-done attitude.

Qualities we are looking for:
• Advanced English fluency, both oral and written.
• At least 2 years of VA or EA experience.

• A team player who is happy working in a small team of 2-4 people.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong listening skills
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Special requirements:
• A computer that is two years old or less
• Your own high-speed Internet connection and some kind of backup Internet connection
