Role Overview
Arca is looking for elite virtual assistants who want to be trained, placed with clients, tracked fairly, and held to a high standard.
This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for overachievers: people who learn quickly, communicate clearly, follow through without constant reminders, and want to build a serious remote career with U.S.-based clients.
We provide structured training, client placement support, clear expectations, and time tracking so strong performers can prove their reliability through real output. If you are coachable, disciplined, and hungry to grow, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
– Support U.S.-based clients with administrative, operational, customer support, recruiting, research, data, and coordination tasks.
– Learn and follow client-specific workflows, tools, and communication standards.
– Use AI tools and modern software to work faster, stay organized, and improve output quality.
– Track your time accurately and maintain strong accountability during working hours.
– Communicate progress, blockers, and questions clearly with your team and client.
– Continuously improve through feedback, training, and performance reviews.
What We’re Looking For
– Strong written English and professional communication skills.
– High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
– Ability to work the graveyard shift consistently in a remote setup.
– Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, project management tools, and AI tools.
– Fast learner who can adapt to new systems and changing client needs.
– Overachiever mindset: proactive, resourceful, coachable, and serious about growth.
– Willingness to be time tracked and evaluated based on output, reliability, and client satisfaction.
