About the Role:
This is a high-impact, foundational position designed for a seasoned marketing professional, not an entry-level candidate. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will be given the autonomy and budget to architect, execute, and scale the company’s entire digital marketing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands how to market complex B2B professional services and IT projects (such as network installations and cloud migrations) rather than simple e-commerce or retail products.
Key Responsibilities
As our Lead Digital Marketer, you will have the autonomy to shape the digital footprint and drive tangible business growth. Your main priorities include:
- Paid Advertising: End-to-end management, optimization, optimization tracking, and scaling of high-performing Google Ads campaigns and other paid advertising strategies.
- SEO & Branding: Implementing robust SEO initiatives and driving a cohesive, digitally-focused brand presence to elevate corporate visibility.
- Social Media Strategy: Developing, executing, and managing an engaging social media marketing roadmap tailored strictly to the B2B IT, cloud, and professional services sector.
- Inbound & Growth: Designing and launching targeted inbound marketing efforts to capture, nurture, and convert high-quality corporate leads.
- ROI & Budgeting: Overseeing the marketing budget with a strict focus on tracking metrics, campaign performance, and overall return on investment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Clear, fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: 5+ years of proven, verifiable experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies specifically within the IT-related industry or B2B professional services.
- Industry Focus: Deep understanding of service-based and project-based B2B marketing. Note: Pure e-commerce, retail, or product-only marketing backgrounds will not be considered.
- Education: College-educated marketing professional or equivalent high-level industry background.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record of managing and scaling Google Ads, SEO, and corporate social media platforms.
- Work Style: Highly proactive, strategic thinker, and entirely self-managed. You know how to look at the big picture and execute the details independently.
- Requirement: Must be able to provide a portfolio of work or case studies of past successful campaigns during the interview process.
