About Tidal
Tidal is a UK-based window cleaning platform that acquires and integrates window cleaning businesses across the country under one operating system. We run sales, billing, scheduling and customer service centrally for a growing network of cleaners and acquired rounds.
The Role
You’ll join our remote operations team converting leads, chasing overdue payments, and keeping customer accounts and schedules accurate. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team and report into UK-based operations.
What you’ll do
- Follow up commercial and residential leads by phone, text and email to convert enquiries into booked customers
- Chase overdue accounts and failed payments, agreeing payment plans or dates and escalating unresponsive cases
- Reply to all Trustpilot reviews, positive and negative, as part of maintaining our sales reputation
- Set and check weekly cleaning schedules for providers in our admin system, cross-referencing due dates and round sheets for accuracy
- Manage the jobs board: reassign, release, and correct jobs as issues arise
- Handle customer communications by text and email, including service changes, out-of-area cancellations, and reschedules
- Keep customer and job data accurate across our CRM (GoHighLevel) and admin panel, including new acquisitions and mandate/contact migrations
- Flag and troubleshoot booking and pricing errors (e.g. zero-price bookings, incorrect property types)
- Support onboarding of newly acquired customer rounds onto our systems
About you
- Previous experience in sales, collections, or credit control, ideally alongside customer service or scheduling admin
- Confident and persistent on the phone chasing payment without damaging the customer relationship
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and spreadsheets daily (Google Sheets, CRM/admin panels)
- Sharp attention to detail, especially with dates, data accuracy and account balances
- Able to work UK daytime hours
- Strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in field service, trades, or subscription service businesses
- Background in credit control, debt collection, or telesales
