HR REPRESENTATIVE (Part-Time – Full time, Remote) – Hiring Now
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
Location: Remote
Pay: $8 – $10 USD/hour depending on experience
Industry: Homemaker / Homecare Agency (Illinois)
We are a fast-growing homemaker agency based in Illinois, and we are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive HR Representative to join our team. We want someone who truly understands HR recruiting, payroll support, and U.S. employment compliance, especially within the healthcare/homecare sector (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews
• Assist with recruiting & sourcing candidates
• Support onboarding & training processes
• Handle documentation and offboarding
• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks, including:
• W-4s
• 1099s
• Basic benefits info
• Social Security, withholding & deductions context
• Help ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and Illinois requirements
• Maintain organized files, trackers, and spreadsheets
• Communicate professionally with applicants and staff

Requirements:
HR and recruiting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws (highly preferred) Experience assisting with payroll tasks (W-4s, 1099s, deductions, benefits, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Homecare or healthcare agency experience ( BIG plus, but not required)⸻
