WE’RE HIRING: VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST / VA 
My husband and I are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Receptionist/VA based in the Philippines to join our construction business!
Responsibilities:• Answer incoming phone calls
• Respond to customer messages and emails
• Collect customer and project information
• Qualify new leads and ask basic project questions
• Schedule estimates and appointments
• Follow up with potential customers
• Update our CRM
• Communicate with our team
• Keep customer information organized
What we’re looking for:• Excellent spoken and written English
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers
• Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Must have a quiet workspace suitable for professional phone calls
• Organized and detail-oriented
• VA, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are also open to applicants with no previous VA experience who have excellent communication skills and are willing to learn.
• Available to work U.S. business hours (Missouri/Central Time)
Salary: ₱20,000–₱50,000/monthDepending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
Equipment:Applicants who already have their own computer/laptop, headset, and other necessary work equipment are preferred. However, if we feel you are the right fit for the position, we are willing to provide the necessary equipment to help you succeed.
