We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant / Process Support Specialist (Remote)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting service-based businesses? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant / Process Support Specialist to join a growing US-based team!
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Prepare and process invoices
✔️ Submit warranty registrations and rebate documentation
✔️ Manage administrative tasks and digital records
✔️ Support office managers with daily operations
✔️ Assist with customer service tasks when needed
✔️ Help with basic social media content and scheduling
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
✅ Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
✅ Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin, or similar role
✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
✅ Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
✅ Experience with permits, rebates, or documentation
✅ Familiarity with social media tools
