HIRING Virtual Assistant – Administration (Remote)

A South Australia-based residential home building consultancy is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (2.5 days/week) to support administrative operations, CRM management, compliance tracking, and client coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

•Manage shared inboxes and organize emails
•Update and maintain the JACK CRM system
•Coordinate appointments, meetings, and utility service requests
•Maintain trade compliance records and documentation
•Process council applications and manage PlanSA portal submissions
•File and organize building approval documents in Microsoft Teams and Onedrive
•Follow up trades for compliance certificates and required documents
•Assist with invoice allocation and general administrative support
•Help improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency

Required Skills:

•Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
•CRM experience (JACK Construction App experience is a plus)
•Strong Microsoft Office/M365 skills
•Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
•Ability to work independently in a remote setup
•Experience with document control and compliance processes

Preferred Experience:

•Residential construction or home building industry knowledge
•Familiarity with government or council portals such as PlanSA
