🚨 NOW SOURCING A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with CRM and automation experience to support a Kentucky-based lending client.
📅 Schedule:
✔ 5 hours per day / 5 days per week
✔ EST Time Zone (8 AM – 5 PM)
✔ Start Date: ASAP
💼 Core Tasks:
✔ Data entry into GoatGenie CRM
✔ Set up email & text drip campaigns
✔ Manage CRM automations
✔ Marketing and mailer support
✅ Requirements:
✔ CRM experience (GoatGenie preferred)
✔ Automation setup experience
✔ Strong data entry skills
✔ Mortgage/lender industry experience required
✔ Only experienced applicants will be considered
📌 Includes a 30-day probationary period before long-term placement is confirmed by the client.
