  • VIRTUAL ASSISTANT: Property Management & Admin Support

  • About the Role: They are looking for a high-capacity, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced property business managing a large portfolio. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable handling a high volume of tasks, including client communication, admin work, and coordination across multiple channels.

  • What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Support with day-to-day operations

    • Manage emails and answer phone calls

    • Handle property enquiries and communicate with tenants

    • Manage and update spreadsheets (invoices, property tracking, etc.)

    • Maintain and update CRM systems

    • Oversee client communication across multiple WhatsApp groups

    • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve enquiries and complaints

    • Assist with portfolio management (400+ properties)

    • Conduct lead generation (e.g., scraping landlord leads via Apollo or similar platforms)

    • Perform general admin and ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Who We’re Looking For:

    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

    • Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles

    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and high workload

    • Experience with spreadsheets and CRM systems

    • Ability to manage group communications professionally

    • Experience with Alto (property CRM) is a big plus

    • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, or in Sales or Customer Service, is an advantage

    • Ability to start immediately

  • Pay & Hours:

    • Rate: From £400/month (dependent on experience)

    • Full-time: 40 hours/week | Mon-Fri | 11 AM – 7 PM UK time

    • Paid overtime available

    • Paid Time Off (PTO) available
