Role: Virtual Assistant – Community Engagement & Publishing
Type: Part-Time
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Schedule: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippine Time
Salary: PHP 24,600 – 29,500/month


ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is placed through BlueMoso, a VA staffing and placement agency. You will be working directly with and on behalf of a client, representing their personal brand across their online platforms.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time VA to manage daily community engagement and content publishing across LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram. This role is high-volume and consistency-driven. Content is provided; you are not expected to write or create it. Your job is to post it accurately, on schedule, and keep the community active and engaged throughout your shift.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Publish ready-made content on LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor and respond to comments on all three platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Reply to comments on published posts while maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Leave thoughtful, relevant comments on posts from other creators and industry professionals
  • Like and engage with relevant comments and conversations across platforms
  • Escalate comments, inquiries, or conversations that require the client’s direct attention
  • Track notable interactions, audience feedback, or engagement opportunities when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written English grammar and a natural, professional tone
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Substack as platforms
  • Ability to match and maintain a client’s voice consistently across all interactions
  • Experience publishing content on behalf of someone else
  • Able to handle high-volume reply work without quality dropping
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Claude and ChatGPT for drafting responses while maintaining authentic brand voice
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine Time

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, or content creators
  • Previous VA, community management, or social media role
