Compensation: Competitive compensation package starting at ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 commensurate with experience and role alignment

About the Role

Ascension Business Solutions LLC is seeking reliable, coachable, and process-driven Virtual Assistants to join our growing team supporting U.S.-based healthcare and professional service clients.

ABS is not a staffing agency. We operate as a people operating system—handling hiring, training, documentation, performance management, and continuity so our clients don’t have to.

This is a Virtual Assistant role, where responsibilities and final placement are determined after assessment and alignment. Candidates are evaluated for fit across multiple VA functions, including but not limited to:

  • Virtual Scheduler
  • On-Call Assistant
  • Virtual Recruiter
  • Social Media Manager (SMM)
  • Sales or Sales Support VA
  • Executive Assistant (EA)
  • Intake or Medical Support VA
  • Billing or Revenue Cycle Support VA

Key Responsibilities:

(Responsibilities may vary based on client assignment and business needs)

  • Manage emails, messages, and client or internal communications following documented guidelines
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain accurate calendars
  • Perform data entry, record updates, and documentation in spreadsheets, CRMs, or client systems
  • Provide customer or client support using approved scripts and escalation paths
  • Support operational, sales, recruitment, scheduling, or intake workflows as assigned
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, or trackers as instructed
  • Assist with light social media, content, or administrative tasks when clearly defined
  • Maintain organized records and follow documentation and reporting standards
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management
  • Ability to work independently while following structured processes and SOPs
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and similar tools
  • Willing to work an 8-hour graveyard shift – PH Time, aligned with U.S. business hours
  • Stable internet connection (Minimum of 100MBPS for Download Speed; Minimum of 50MBPS for Upload speed) and reliable computer equipment (Minimum of Intel Core i5 or equivalent with minimum 8GBs of RAM) – With backup device.
  • Professional, coachable, and open to feedback and role reassignment as needed

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting U.S.-based clients
  • Experience in healthcare support, home care, recruitment, sales, scheduling, or operations
  • Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling platforms, EMRs/EHRs, or productivity tools
  • Ability to adapt across different support functions based on training and performance

Training & Performance Expectations

  • All Virtual Assistants undergo structured onboarding and role-based training
  • Client-specific systems, workflows, and standards are taught during onboarding
  • Ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and feedback are part of the role
  • Success is measured by accuracy, reliability, communication, and adherence to process

Career & Compensation Growth:

Team members who demonstrate consistent performance, reliability, and alignment with ABS standards may be eligible for compensation growth over time. Based on performance and role alignment, there is a strong potential to reach a monthly salary of up to ₱39,000 or more after one (1) year of continuous employment.

Note: Salary growth is performance-based and not guaranteed.
