Provide top-level administrative support to executives — manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Maintain and update CRMs (GoHighLevel, Flipping Pro) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Support project management and coordinate across teams.
• Conduct research and compile data for decision-making and strategy.
• Manage executive communications, including inboxes and phone calls.
• Follow up with leads, set appointments, and handle cold calls (B2B/B2C).
• Assist with basic bookkeeping (invoicing, expense tracking).
• Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in Social Media Management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Flipping Pro, or similar CRM tools.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented — with the ability to work independently.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
