📋 Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks. This role starts at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
📞 Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
📅 Schedule meetings and manage calendars
🧾 Perform accurate data entry and general administrative tasks
💬 Communicate clearly with team members and clients
✅ Requirements:
🗣️ Strong English speaking skills with a clear, neutral accent
😊 Friendly, confident phone demeanor
📂 Organized and dependable with strong time-management skills
🌐 Stable internet connection and a quiet home office
🧑‍💻 Experience with Google Calendar, Excel/Sheets, Zoom, or Slack is a plus
