Salary: $800-$1600/month
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with data entry and administrative tasks. This role will work closely with our Executive Assistant and Content Manager to ensure smooth operations and efficient data management.
This role is likely to start at part time (20hrs) and grow to full time (40hrs) for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry & Management
• Administrative Support
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating surveys
• Listen to and summarize call logs
• Support the Executive Assistant with tasks
• Help track content deadlines and deliverables
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance or administrative support
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital marketing or creative agency environment
• Knowledge of common marketing tools and platforms
• Previous experience with call log analysis
• Familiarity with survey tools and email marketing platforms
