We’re Hiring: Social Media & Admin Assistant (Real Estate)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media & Admin Assistant to support a growing real estate brokerage. This is not an entry-level role. You must have experience working with a realtor or real estate broker.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Create clean, professional graphics using Canva
– Edit simple listing videos (Canva video editor is fine)
– Post and schedule content across social platforms
– Assist with basic admin and organization
– Support listing marketing (flyers, posts, short videos)
Requirements (Read Carefully):
– MUST have experience working with a real estate agent or broker
– MUST be comfortable using Canva (graphics and basic video editing)
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Reliable, responsive, and consistent
– Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
