𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Short-Term Rental & Operations Virtual Assistant
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing business operating multiple short-term rental properties (Airbnb) and a pizzeria business. Respond promptly to guest inquiries through Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
This role will primarily focus on guest communication and property coordination while also assisting with administrative tasks and light business operations support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling time-sensitive situations independently.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries through Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com
• Handle booking questions, check-in instructions, and general guest support
• Monitor upcoming reservations and booking schedules
• Assist with confirmations, cancellations, and reservation changes
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, cleaners, and contractors regarding property concerns
• Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary
• Ensure property listings and operational details remain updated and accurate
• Monitor inboxes and assist with email communication management
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and task tracking
• Assist with social media coordination and simple design-related tasks if applicable
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
• Someone who can take ownership of Airbnb guest communication quickly
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with or willingness to learn Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and property management systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility proactively
