Assistly Pro is looking for a Recruiter VA to support the hiring and onboarding for a growing home care business!

Job Title: Recruiter VA

Location: Remote

Company: Assistly Pro

Rate: $3 during training and Probationary; $5 after passing probationary

• Screen and review applications

• Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews

• Follow up with applicants regarding requirements and documents

• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records

• Track certifications and availability

• Assist with onboarding and orientation

• Monitor training completion and follow up with new hires

• Update information in relevant systems

• Coordinate with the scheduling and management teams

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support

• Healthcare/Home Care recruitment experience is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills

• Confident in conducting interviews and speaking with candidates

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Able to handle multiple candidates and tasks efficiently

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a remote setup
