About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining virtual assistance + social media management for real estate agents.

You will not be doing one thing repeatedly. The workload shifts daily, so you need to be adaptable, organized, and able to think.

You’ll be working directly with our internal team and supporting real estate clients, so communication and collaboration matter a lot.

Core Responsibilities

Primary Focus (Graphic Design & Content Creation)

* Create high-quality social media content using Canva (reels, carousels, flyers, newsletters, listing materials)

* Design content tailored to each agent’s brand (no templates or copy-paste work)

* Develop visuals that align with brand identity, tone, and target audience

* Write and pair captions with content that match the client’s voice

* Execute and maintain content calendars

Additional Support (Based on Client Needs & Team Collaboration)

* Inbox and calendar management

* CRM updates, tagging, and lead follow-ups

* Client communication and coordination

* Assist with marketing campaigns and scheduling

* Support listing and marketing workflows

We do not produce generic content.

You must be able to:

* Adapt to different agent brands

* Create custom visuals and messaging per client

* Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality

Preferred (Not Required but Strong Advantage)

* College education or equivalent experience in design, marketing, or related field

* Proficiency in Photoshop

* Understanding of branding and design principles

* Experience handling multiple clients or accounts
