Job Role: Virtual Assistant
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM (AU Time Zone)
Salary range:             $1000 – 1500 AUD

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you’ll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: The client is the Founder of a boutique buyer’s agency in Sydney. Specialise in helping clients sourcing property, due diligence and auction bidding.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website updates, CRM systems, data entry, content creation, email follow-ups, lead generation, and newsletter management. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Updates:

  • Maintain and update property purchases on the website.
  • Update client testimonials on the website
  • Add blogs
  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Work with developers or use website management tools (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) to make necessary changes.

2. CRM Management:

  • Keep client and lead information up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Track interactions with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Set reminders and follow-up tasks for the real estate team.
  • Set up automations and alerts

3. Data Entry & Organization:

  • Enter and update property details, transaction records, and client information.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Compile reports and track key real estate metrics.

4. Content Creation:

  • Write and edit blog posts related to the real estate market, home buying/selling tips, and industry trends.
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Utilise Canva to create social content and marketing materials.

5. Newsletter & Email Follow-ups:

  • Design and send regular newsletters using tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
  • Personalize and automate email campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Follow up with potential clients via email and track responses.

6. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and compile a list of potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Reach out via email, social media, or other lead generation platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the real estate team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Monday.com).
  • Strong website management skills (WordPress).
  • Experience in content creation (blogging, social media marketing, copywriting).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
