We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, and audience targeting.
This role requires someone who understands how to generate leads, create engaging reels, and support sales through digital marketing.
Applicants must submit real estate-related samples, preferably in property management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage social media platforms with a focus on lead generation
- Create reels and short-form video content for real estate marketing Identify and target potential clients (property owners, tenants, investors)
- Write high-converting captions and ad copy
- Assist in running and optimizing paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Conduct market and lead research Support sales efforts through digital marketing strategies
IMPORTANT:
Applicants must provide samples of previous work, especially in:
- Real estate marketing
- Property management campaigns
- Lead generation or ad campaigns
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in real estate marketing, preferably property management
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and lead generation
- Experience in creating reels and short-form content
- Knowledge in ads and conversion- focused marketing
- Sales-driven mindset (not just content posting)
- Strong communication and execution skills
