We are hiring a Real Estate Admin Assistant/Data Manager to support our growing team. This role is focused on CRM management, lead organization, and marketing support.

We are only looking for candidates who have hands-on, real experience in these areas.
Data entry and database management
Lead management inside Follow Up Boss CRM
Setting up and maintaining drip campaigns
Posting content on social media platforms
General admin support tasks (if needed)
Proven experience with Follow Up Boss CRM (REQUIRED)
Experience with social media posting
Experience setting up drip campaigns
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good English communication skills
Reliable internet and work setup
