We are looking for a dependable and organized Personal Virtual Assistant to support a private client with managing personal and estate-related affairs. This role involves handling a range of administrative, organizational, and research tasks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed data entry and records management
  • Coordinate and maintain personal and estate-related calendars
  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Maintain logs aligned with personal and professional goals
  • Organize and manage digital and physical records
  • Conduct online research and compile findings
  • Support ongoing documentation and special projects
🔹 Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the VA or BPO industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Gmail, Google Calendar, and Excel
  • Experience in personal or estate-related admin support is a plus
