𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Prepare and update patient charts while reviewing medical records, medications, and provider notes

• Manage prescription refill requests and coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patients

• Track medical orders, maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation, and support efficient clinic workflows

• Communicate with patients and clinical teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate record-keeping

• Provide high-quality administrative support to enhance patient care and clinic operations

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a pharmacy-related role is required

• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers, clinics, or pharmacies is an advantage

• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems, patient chart preparation, prescription refill coordination, and medical documentation

• Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
